Default 2005 Silverado charging issues

Need help folks, a few weeks ago I noticed that my lights were dimming on and off, looking at voltage gauge,it would show charging, around 14 volts, then drop. Never got battery light or any codes. I changed the alternator, and thought that solved the problem. Drove yesterday and not charging, gauge went to 9 volts and all gauges quit. Still no lights, truck died. Charged it for about 15 mins on jumper cables and got it home. Bought new battery, started and checked voltage with meter at battery. While running battery was at 12.2 and falling. Still no lights or codes. Any direction or suggestions would be appreciated. Would a bcm be a possibility? Thanks for any advice
