I was wondering what they call the plastic like trim under the head lights on the truck I have black ones But I was going to see if maybe you can change them with something like chrome or different color even maybe paint them up but not sure what kinda paint to use for them that would look wonderful and not like crap.

 

take it to a body shop, they'll paint it there...i've had all my textured black painted at a local body shop and i love it

 

Do you have any pictures of it ? I want to see what yours looks like.

How much did they charge for all the work ? I know different places are cheaper and everything, I do know this one paint shop wants to charge almost $400 bucks to just paint my fender the match color of the rest of the truck I had to do little body work on the fender my mom backed into it and put a small dent in it but i fix it all and ready to look good again.

 

the parts i've had painted are my handles, mirror caps, bowties, and my bumper cap on the front. i replaced the black and chrome grille that the truck came with for a all chrome tahoe grille..on my profile pics you may find what you're lookin for but i went to my buddies body shop the other day to ask how much it'd be to paint my old stock black and chrome grille and he said 150 for me 250 for anyone else

 

Nice, yea I just bought a new grill all chrome for my 06 chevy off ebay for 47 bucks but I might do my chevy bowie to match the same color as my truck may shave my tailgate handle and put it inside the bed chrome my door handles, get a different hood headlights cover maybe the halos if their any cheap ones that I can find.
