Every time I put gas in my truck the first crank is pointless. It turns over but will not start. If I hold ignition on the second attempt for 4-7 seconds it will start. It sometimes takes 3 attempts. It also doesnt matter if I only put half a tank of gas in it. Still does the same thing. The truck has no other starting issues, only right after I put gas in it. Every other time is fine.
I have changed my evap canister and solinoid, but havent had any luck.

did you change the purge solenoid or vent solenoid? An stuck open purge solenoid will allow fumes from a filling event to flood the manifold and cause an extended crank. it will also set a large leak evap dtc.
to test the purge solenoid; remove the vent line and attempt to blow into the solenoid. no air should pass.
