2007 Horn issue

The horn on my 07 has stopped working, fuses are good. Does anybody know how to get to the horn without removing the headlights? I'm trying to get this done ASAP for my state inspection. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I know this is a late reply, but good for other users to know: to access the horn, it's the best to remove the headlight and you will have free access and enough room to work with.
