Default 2007 Silverado missing

Hello, my 07 Silverado is missing. It's been doing this on and off for a while now. I replaced the speak plugs at 100k sitting at 120k now. Replaced the MAF and that didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks

Second getting a code reading. Without any more information, this sounds like an ignition issue.
