Service Request: 71-825410450

I've been told by Customer Service and Dealership that because "GM technical bulletin 01-06-01-011F" was issued there is nothing anyone can do at this point-oil consumption is normal and not a problem. After exhausting what I feel is every avenue at this point, is to just "live the situation" and never purchase another Chevy product again. If there is anything you can do, I would be most appreciative.
