Pulled the stock radio/cd. Player out of my 2007 silverado & wanted to hook it up in my garage.
connected the 12v battery and 12v ignition wires to my 12v power supply. Connected ground to ground side of power supply. Radio gets power, clock shows when you push the info button, takes in a cd & shows loading on the screen but other then that the radio display doesn't light up or show anything & doesn't play music through the speakers. I know the radio works ok cause if I plug it back in the truck everything works fine. Is there some 4rth wire that needs to be hooked up for the display to work?
