Default 2008 suburban front ac fan not blowing rear blowing hot?

I'm new here so I hope I am doing this correctly. My daughter has a 2008 Suburban and the front AC does not blow any air out of the vents, I don't hear the fan blowing but have not taken the kick dash out yet. The rear AC blows air but it is not cold. Under the hood the AC line gets frost on it like its getting cold but doesn't come into the cabin area. I assume because the fan isn't blowing. Anybody have any ideas where I should start? I thought possibly the resistor or fan motor? But not sure why the rear air is now blowing hot with the line freezing under the hood. Any help would be gretly appreaciated, its 105 here in Texas so I just want to try and get her some air if I can. The AC in front and rear was workinggreat until about a week ago and now this.

I'd change out the cabin air filter; get an A/C gauge set an see if your pressures are normal. Make sure the fan is working too.
