Cool 2010 Silverado Nav install w/ existing BU Camera

Hello All,
I've been reading up on the install of a nav unit on my 2010 Silverado. My question is about adding another camera looking into the bed for a backing up to a gooseneck ball. I blacked out the rear window already, plus it's hard to see the ball from the drivers seat anyway. I currently have a bu camera in the tailgate which shows on the rear view mirror. I would like the tailgate camera to show on the nav unit and the box camera to show on the rear view. I already have all the components for the nav install along with a gen 6 lockpick. I'm not sure about how to switch the feed and adding a camera looking into the bed, or if I can get them to display both while backing.

Thanks in advance.

I know a little bit about aftermarket NAV's and the cameras SHOULD just be fead via a yellow video cable plug unless there is another type of system I am not aware of. It should just be as simple as unplugging the camera from 1 device and plugging it into the other.
Also you don't say whether the NAV and rear view mirror are stock or not.
I know with the aftermarket ones I have dealt with it would be as simple as what I just explained.
But it depends if your NAV system supports a camera input. If it does not then you can buy a stand alone monitor for that and mount it wherever you want.
Hope this helps.

Default Using all OEM parts

I will be using all OEM parts except for the lockpick. The existing camera is stock. So I'm assuming that feed will be just a switch off the module. While the new feed into the nav unit will have to be programed by the dealer with a Tech II. The nav is supposed to be unlocked and plug and play. The guy I got it from asked for my vin for the new nav unit. I had to search for a nav unit with the USB support which I already have and like it alot.

oh ok they switched to USB's now.
I havn't dealt with that before.
I am sure there has got to be a way to switch up the cameras but without seeing it I am drawing a blank.
good luck
