Default 2010 Silverado wont start. How to reset Passlock

I have a 2010 Silverado 1500 and i am not able to start it up. I just replaced the fuel pump, but it still wont start up. There is an icon with a car and a lock so i assume its the passlock system. How do I reset it or bypass it(preferably resetting it).

Try turning the key to the "On" position in the Silverado without turning over. Let the vehicle sit for 10 minutes, leaving the key in the "On" position. Some Passlock systems will relearn the codes after this amount of time. Try to start the vehicle. If it starts, you have solved the issue. If it does not, you will need to either take the vehicle in or install a bypass module to circumvent the security system altogether.

Hope this was of some help ;/

2010 Silverado's use passkey 3 theft deterrent systems. theft deterrent relearn procedures requires connection to gm programming server and a programming interface.
get the codes read that have set in the theft deterrent module and post them here. You will need a full function scan tool to access these body codes.

Default Ez Fix

To relearn the PassKey with out having to pay Chevy Dealership $6-800 is simple to do as I found.

With the doors closed and locked Turn your key on (accessory) and wait till the LockEngine light goes out turn off the ignition and remove the key wait 5 seconds and repeat. Do this 4 times then start the engine. You may need to do this a few time for the relearn to work. Some systems will require you to wait 10 minuets after the 4th cycle to start the engine. I have also been told after the 4th cycle you will need to wait 30 minuets to start the vehicle in some rare cases!
