as the title says, I would appreciate it greatly if any once remembers exactly what tires were on the truck when it was rolled out of a plant?

I'm guessing the brand was GoodYear. If yes, what kind of the GoodYear tires? If not, what tires were used? Could it be Michelin tires? Then again, what kind of Michelin tires were exactly used?

check the spare tire...they are rarely ever changed when people replace
tires. if the dot Julian build date on the spare tire is close to the build date of the truck, that probably is the oem tire.

if you just want the correct tire size, its printed on the tire placard located on the drivers b-pillar
