High pitch noise

USB Port caused high pitch noise.

Mine was a faulty USB port that gave off this sound only when my phone was plugged in. Replaced it and sound is gone.

The dealer replaced my whole radio unit and that cleared mine up.

I had the same issue on my 2013 Yukon. It was the radio unit. The high pitch would get louder if I turned up the dash display brightness and get lower if I turned down the brightness.
