Hey all,
I’ve been scouring the web trying to find a solution to this problem. My 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD front passenger window will not roll up or down using either the master switch on the driver side or the singular switch on the passenger side. I have checked, Fuses, Continuity I have cleaned the switch. I have checked for broken wires in the door boot no resolution.
I can hear the switch clicking when testing function from either side.
appreciate any help,
thanks!

after taking the door apart completely and not just to the harnesses, I could see that the plug to the motor was off by the slightest amount and not making contact. Clipped it back in, Tested, good to gooo!
