Welcome to the forums! Rough Country lifts are very well built, and designed to last. Plus, if you don't like it, you can return your truck to stock. The way they make returning your truck to stock possible, is, the kit is completely bolt on. No welding, or cutting required, so all the factory mounts are there. I know you can safely fit a 32'' Tall by 11.5'' wide. You could probably fit a 33 or 34, but you would have some rubbing issues.

my 90 Silverado Z71 fit a 32x11.5 at stock height with minor cutting to a plastic guard in front. im not sure about clearances on the new trucks, but id say at least a 34.

Default Thanks

Thanks for your reply. After I start looking into raising my truck and putting on tires it gets confusing. I'm going to go with the 3" lift from rough country. Now I have to choose a tire and wheels. I would like to do a 17 or 18" wheel with a 33x12.5 tire. Can I do this? I went to a tire shop and they don't know.

you can go with any size wheel you please, long as it isnt smaller than your stock size. 33's should fit fine for your app.
