4×4 problem

4×4 problem
So I have 95 z71 2door Tahoe when I am driving down road an hit a big bump the 4×4 goes in to neutral I have to put the truck on neutral an shift the 4×4 back in to hi2 so I can keep going ,well until I hit another big bump an do it again .
Can someone tell me what it is?
