Have a noise on drivers side of engine that sounds like a old style smog pump that was bad. Disconnected fan belt and still have it.Engine idles and runs perfect. Noise doesn't get any louder. No engine warning light .You can hear noise by using a screw driver and olacing it on the intake or valve cover. Any ideas
