Hello i have a 2006 crew cab 1500 5.3 and when i shift in to for high lately it seems a little rough any ideas

shifting the lever?
the way the truck feels driving in 4wd?

the way it shifts into 4 hi seems rough and if i have to reverse

Probably the actuator. I had a problem like that on a 97 Z71 when they first came out with the push button shift on the fly 4x4
