My4 wheel drive on my 04 Silverado sometimes comes on when ever it feels like it. Some times I go out to start me truck and it is in 4 low or it says its in the netural position on the 4 wheel drive buttons. I replaced the acuator on the front diff and it didnt help. Anyone have these problems out there that no the fix?

 

I had the same problem back in 05 on my 03 2500HD. the dealer said it was the switch in the instrument panel, they replaced it and its been working fine for 2 years. The part number they have on my invoice is, 15164519. Its really easy to change too.
