AS subject. A 6,5 turbo diesel that runs bad and white smoke from exhaust. Smoke smells like unburned diesel. On idle the bad run is most noticed, when you give it som gas the "bad run" is less noticed but it´s there. I get a feeling that this can be a problem with one of the injectors?!

Please help me with this. Sorry if my spelling is bad but as my nick says I´m from Sweden and I thought who know American cars better than the Americans so I tried to ask here!

White smoke is water. You probably have a bad head gasket, these are prone to that because of high ( 21-1 ) compression. Make sure You have the block deck surface and Cylinder head surface checked when fixing Your problem.
