The people I got this '79 Chevy K-10 from replaced the original tilt column with a later GMC non-tilt wheel. Steering column works as it should when steering, however, there are HUGE differences between the original and the replacement. Wipers, Shifter, and WIRING mainly.

I'm fine with the column being different, and I'm confident in my electrical ability to wire it up correctly, however, I can't do anything before I get diagrams for both the columns. Can anyone provide ANY information to where I can possibly get the diagram or give me the wiring colors and what they're for?

I'm putting a push button ignition in, but will still use the key to engage it.

EDIT : I've looked for Haynes and other manuals, but can't find any for anything older than '88.
