I was headed to work an I needed to charge my phone, I plug it into the lighter & all of a sudded my dash, parking & tail lights go out, checked the fuse block & noticed the parking lamp fuse blown, I go to replace it & before I can get the fuse completly in, it sparks...is my fuse block bad, or do I just have a short under my dash? Please Help
