<!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message -->Are the front bumper brackets supposed to be welded or bolted on to the frame on a 90 c2500. Mine are welded on and are coming loose. But the bolt holes don't exactly line up. What's the proper hardware for bolting them in the holes on the frame? bolt size, grade,type, etc.
