93 silverado battery died, jumped it and now the digital heater cluste wont light up?

93 silverado battery died, jumped it and now the digital heater cluste wont light up?
Went to start truck today, and all I got was a clicking noise. I got power when I turned the key into the battery position and everything lit up. As soon as I turned the key to start it, all I got was clicking. So I jump the truck and it starts... BUT now my heater turns on everytime I start the truck, the heater turns on but wont shut off. Its the digital heater and it doesnt light up on the dash now! So now all I hear is my heater! Wtf happened? HELP! Is it a fuse!?
