im wondering if anyone on here has ever done a auto to manual tranny swap before. im looking at a 94 silverado 1500 reg. cab, step side short bed. could anyone tell me how hard it would be to put a 5 spd in it? id most likely get the tranny and what ever else i need from a junk yard. what all would i have to change? thanks for any info in advance.

i was considering a auto to manul swap on my truck but decided against it. they say the hardest part is getting the clutch pedal in and getting the computer to run right if there is one in that year of truck.
