Default 94 chevy tail light question

So i took my bed off to re locate my compressors underneath my truck and when i put it back on the TAIL LIGHTS are messing up. when i first start the truck and turn the lights on they dont work but as soon as i put it in drive they kick on and blinkers work fine. after about 2 or 3 minutes or so they dont work, the turn signals click real fast like they are out too. Would it be a ground? if anyone has a suggestion please share, THANKS!

i would check your grounds, and i would also follow the wires to see if they may have been pinched or cut in the process of reinstalling the bed. hope that helps some
