The 4wd will go into 4wd high and back to 2wd. If I put it in 2nd gear on the column (its a automatic) I can get it into low. The 4wd isnt engaging im sure the transfer case is still good. The 4wd light in the floor is not lighting up so im guessing its something electrcial. Anyone else have this problem and did you replace the actuator or did you replace the transfer case motor?

I dont have a manual and just for reference am I correct in saying that the actuator slips inside the front differential on the passenger side and the transfer case motor rides on the back of the transfer case?
