recheck dizzy - could it possibly be off 180 degrees??

 

when i took the timing cover off and lined up the marks, and then check the dizzy, it kined up with #4. thats where it should line up? right? could the computer be fried?, and firing on the oposite bank? i'm in the process of doing the oil pan now. when i get it back together im going to try one or two teeth on the dizzy. and then i'll go from there. this whole thing started when the fuel pump went three wks ago, it ran fine till then, put the new pump in, no start! tks rednucleus
