where did the fluid come from? how many hoses does your PS system have? do any of the hoses route up near the brake booster?

Okay, i just had someone turn the wheel while i watched, the hi pressure line swells up about twice its diameter and the fluid does shoot out like a car wash nozzle's pressure. (very thin and fast) At this point ill be replacing that, but something must be blocked, no?
PS not hydro system

ok, if not a hydro system, then its easier. just replace the high and low hoses and completely flush out the old fluid. The old hoses (hi and low sides) will rot from the inside so they both need to be replaced. for the low side, just buy about 18 inches of ps hose and use hose clamps on the factory metal hose fittings.

When installing the new high side hose, use new orings and apply grease to the orings. if you tighten down the fittings to much, the orings will shred and you will have leaks.
