Default 98 k1500?

Ive got a question. I found a 1998 k1500 Z71 ext. cab. It has 180000 miles on it and its in pretty good condition. There isnt much rust on it either. They are asking for $5795. Is this a good price for a vehicle with so many miles on it?

I also found a1998 Sierra. Its a reg. cab, short box, 4x4. It has 103000 miles on it with NO rust at all. Its in almost perfect condition. They are asking $9995. Is that a fair price?

Both have the vortec 350.

I think they both are priced a little high. I bought a 96 ext cab 2wd 4 years ago in July, I paid right around 10,000. I know 4wd cost more but not that much. I would see if you could talk them down. But keep in mind pickup tend to keep value longer than cars, and chevy longer than Ford or Dodge.
I think lower miles would probably be better too, but you should still have a long way to go with both before you have any major problems.
