Ive had the truck a few weeks now. When i bought it the driver side window would roll down but had to mess with the switch quite a bit to get it to roll down. Now the driver window will not go down at all, but I can still control the passenger side window from the switch on the drivers side door??? Does this sound like my switch is bad or the motor in the driver window? I dont wanna just buy parts and change them without knowing what my problem is for sure. Thanks for any help

 

Driver side window is used more than any others. Probably the motor. I've not looked at cost, but I'd say after market $25 or so? This model may require the regulator also, I just looked at Dorman, about 80 bucks for both. I don't know your location, but I'd check autozone, napa, O'rielleys

 

Most places wont let you return anything electrical if it isn't the issue. However here at switch doctor you have a 30 day return policy and if the switch isn't the issue you can return it within the 30 days. http://www.switchdoctor.net
