Its not to bad. But if thats not whats squealing, it would be upsetting cause its a touch expensive.

I also am having the same issue. I've replaced idler and tensioner pulleys, topped off the power steering, relatively new belt. During load it mostly goes away. It's loudest when idling or deceleration-only after about 10 miles. It doesnt squeal until then.

If you have gotten any kind of oil or fluid on your "new" belt replace it. And clean all of your pullys before installing the new one. Drive belts have a habit of soaking up any fluid they come in contact with, making them slip. Also this may sound stupid but get a quality belt to insure good grip & proper size.

Update

I removed the drive belt from crankshaft and all pulleys. Started engine and the squeal was still there. I am assuming that the harmonic balancer is going out. I'm not looking forward to it, but I will check it out this weekend.

I have no idea if the harmonic balancer would be causing that noise or not, but if you do need to replace it, its not that bad. You can rent the tools (1 for removal, and 1 for installation) free from autozone. Should take a couple hours max.
