About to buy a 2001 Silverado SS 5.3L?
There is really nothing worse for city driving than a lifted truck. I did it for 2 years. you dont fit in any parkings, mpg is worthless, so much more stress on drivetrain with stop and go cause it is lifted. put aside a good chunk of money to go through the drivetrain items regularly. and all the trucks you presented are overpriced. The lift does not add value and in today economic climate actually should be cheaper. (There is a reason they are getting rid of them)
Have you looked at the older body styles. They go for much much less money, and are cheaper to repair.
