Default Bad Drive Line Vibration

I have a 06 Chevy 2500, 4x4, 6.0, auto, that has a vibration beginning a 55mph. I have balanced the drive shaft and tried another t-case but no luck fixing it. I can jack up rear wheels and take drive shaft out and then it has no vibration. Rear end turns smooth and gears look good. Only has 72k miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it lifted or completely stock?

where do you feel the vibration?

one piece d-shaft or 2?

have you had the tires road force balanced?

It's all stock.
The vibration feels worse in the t-case.
One piece recently balanced steel drive shaft with new u-joints.
Still vibrates the same with wheels & tires removed.
No vibration with driveshaft removed

see if commanding the tcc on or off reduces or changes the vibration. If it does, follow this tsb PIP4148A

Ok, I probably don't have the tool to do this. The truck still vibrates at 55-60 even when I let off the throttle and put it in neutral and while coasting.

the problem in the tsb is in the rear diff pinion gear. The tcc part is just to help id the problem.

Ok, Would I need a dealer to scan it. Would you think I need to re shim my rear pinion. They are some play in it.

if i remember correctly...

backlash is not the problem its runnout. It would need crown and pinion replacement if its excessive. Its all detailed in the tsb.

Do you think an aluminum drive shaft would help/solve the vibration. I noticed today vibration goes away at 70-75mph. I took both axle shafts out today and still had vibration running truck on jack stands. Everything in rear end looks like new though.
