bad hesitation

99 4.8 4x4 real bad hesitation at takeoff and again a stutter around 45mph fuel issue or possibly a converter issue? air filter is clean

My guess would be fuel pump. Depending on the model, it could get really expensive to replace.

could be it has 120k mi on it
