Default Would a bank 2 sensor 1 cause p0200 p0300 together.

I found the cats for my Traverse for 225.00 for all three. The dealership I took it to did confirm the cat bank 2 was bad. So I figure, instead of getting one for 150.00, I could save a ton of cash and get all three for 225.00 from Rockauto. I have a FIXD device also and it gave the same result as the dealership did when I ran the scan using the app on my phone. I am also replacing the plugs and intake gasket all at the same time. Thins will save me close to 1200.00 had I gotten all the parts from the dealership instead of online.

You may want to look for broken exhaust manifold bolts. Chevy has a real problem with this.
