Hello,

I have a new body style 1999 Silverado with a 5.3 engine. When the humidity is high, especially after a Summer time rain in the heat of the day my belt will squeal. I have replaced the serpentine belt and ac belt several times as well as cleaned the pulleys with a wire brush. One other thing I have tried is using Bright White cleaner but that is just a temporary fix. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue is greatly appreciated.
