Can anyone tell me the easiest and best way to take this off without breaking it??

 

I thought Iwas toldsome timebefore that there is a bolt and nut holding it on??I was going to change mine out to a billet one and I think I remember the company telling me that its held on that way?? Could be wrong though. Take off the radiator cover and look behind it.
