There are a TON of brand name hitches on Ebay/Online for your truck. Search Reese hitch, or Drawtite; you'll find 'em. Also check U-Haul. i was told that(here in central ohio) they have very compettive prices on their hitches AND installation.
As for mirrors, unless you are towing a 8ft wide trailer, you won't need extended mirrors. If you STILL feel you need them, there are plenty of the "strap on" types around(online), that attach to your existing mirrors. IMO, they work well; though, they are not "powered". Advanced Auto, and Auto Zone, and NAPA have the mirrors.
For the wiring of the brk. contoller go to the linkbelow , that was provided for me by Fourmac, it is GREAT! Many pix, and explainations.

I used the **** model 10900 for my 07 Classic. They look great and perform very well
