I need help a little while back my brake trouble light came on. Follow by my four wheel drive light. No audible warning sounded. Now when I drive through water it will ding 27 or 28 times over and over. When it dries out it stops. I don't know where to start looking. Cane anyone help me?

 

I'd suggest get a chassis service manual with electrical schematic, and trace down what is triggering it. It no doubt is comming from the ecm, but something is telling the ecm there is a problem. I'd also suggest check the brake fluid. Is it a "service 4 wheel drive" on the message center? That can be a small number of things, since you post when wet you have this issue, I'd suggest the shift solenoid needs a new cover over it. This is assuming yours is a later model 95-present?
