Hi all, apologies for the noise, but I can't find much info on this seemingly rare request.

I see a lot of people going from the front split bench to 2 bucket seats, but I want to go the other way.

It's a 2008 Sierra Crew Cab (close enough, eh?) that has two buckets and the center console.

Due to the size of my horde, I want to put a split bench in the front, from eBay, a wrecker, whatever.

Anybody have any experience doing this on what I guess would be 2007 + up models?

I would think your best bet would be a trade. Find someone with the bench seat and offer them a free upgrade to bucket seats and console, if they're willing to provide half the labor. Win-win situation.

 

Ya know what. I always wanted to change my buckets out for a bench also. I just like them more. Maybe one that has that fold down console but can still hold that extra person. I thought I was the only person in the world who would want to do that.

in that truck the outer two seats are the exact same all you need is to find the middle seat next bo you have the bose if so you have a problem the console is where the amp is if no bose shouldnt be hard to swap at all
