Is there a way to make the a/c "remember" to stay on recirculate (inside air)? When I turn off the engine and start it up later, many times it's on outsideair and I keep having to push the recirculate button. Is it programmed to default to outside air?

yes it is, you will always have to push the button to make it recirc.

 

Yeah, thats the default, no way to change it that I know of.
