Default Wind noise at 65+ mph possibly due to recirculate vent issue

Hi all, has anyone had an issue where there is a lot of wind noise coming from the right side of the dash board? I think it has something to do with the recirculate vent. It happens at speed of 65 mph or more, its a consistent wind noise. I can make it change when i hit the recirc button, it'll get quiet for a few secs then get noisy again. It does the same exact thing when I turn off recirculate, quiets down then gets noisy again. Maybe the recirc vent (im sure im not using the proper term) is stuck in an off position and catching the incoming wind from below the windshield. Hopefully it wont be too expensive to repair. Thanks for any info!

edit: Just realized after Louis' request for part of my VIN that I failed to mention its a pre 2007 Tahoe LTZ 4x4.

Would you please PM me the last 8-digits of your VIN, so I can look into this further for you?

My issue went away on its own. But it did have something to do with the recirculate vent. When I put recirc mode on, thats when the noise happened, but when I turned it off, noise is gone. Mine had nothing to do with door adjustments.

I have the same issue on my 2013 suburban. Has anyone come up with a fix yet or could you tell me where the intake is where the recirculator valve is

Has anyone solved this problem? My noise comes from the drivers side.
