Can I replace my drum brakes with disc brakes?
I have a 2006 Silverado 1500 LS automatic 2 wheel drive.
My front brakes are disc and have ABS.
I want to know if it's possible, or helpful, to make my rear brakes the same.

Disc brakes are better but in the rear it doesn't really matter. You do most of your stopping with the front brakes anyway. They may sell a conversion kit for your truck you'll just have to look online. Maybe jegs, I'm not sure where to find the kit at.
