Default Check engine light 1999 Silverado

I just recently had my fuel pump replaced(three weeks ago) and my check engine light came on. I pulled the code and it is a PO453 Evap Cntrl System Pressure sensor High. Now is the sensor bad or is the pressure to high? If its the pressure what would be the likely culpret? I know its a no no to top of the tank but i did it 4 days before this happened but ive done that on many occasions in the past ten years. I know a bad gas cap would be low pressure leak but could it pertain to this also? Could it be something the garage did? They also had to make a fuel line from the filter to the tank because the old one was to rotted. I can only see a small portion of this but it looks like they did a good bending job and told me they had the right flare for it.(no pun intended) Any Thoughts would be greatly appreciated. IM still reeling from the fuel pump bill!
