Default chevy not starting

whats going on guys, well I have a 95 Silverado z71 single cab, and I replaced the fuel pump for the second time thinking it wasn't getting enough pressure and now it wont crank over. the first time I replaced it, the truck did crank over but didn't start, but now that it has a walboro 255 in it that should be better, but I haven't done anything else to the truck never messed with the electrical at all, had it go through a cycle on the battery charger, and still nothing you guys think I need to see about getting a new starter?
Or is there something im missing and not seeing it, and all the fuses and relays are fine

so I take it after the 110 people that looked at this no one has an opinion about what it could be or what?

Don't be changing parts for the sake of changing them. Test the starter first. Put a meter on the starter terminal and and see if it is getting voltage.
