Choosing an intake manifold gasket
I was just wondering, but ?why? do the intake manifold gasket kits that come with the end rail seal say that they are: not street legal.

The one that doesn't come with them don't say anything about being not street legal.

It looks like the first one the rear coolant ports or open, but on the 2nd one they are blocked off.
Why is this?
