Cluster mini gauges and ac stop working together

Just picked up a 2002 2500HD with 6.0 v8. All at the same Time the PRNDL on the cluster goes out, trans temp gauge, engine temp gauge, oil pressure gauge, fuel gauge and battery voltage gauge freeze. The ac stops blowing, the dome lights stop working and the power mirrors stop working. The speed and Rpm gauges both work while this is going on though, just the mini gauges freeze where they were before the problem starts. Battery light comes on when all this happens.. The battery was tested and it was fine. Is there a fuse / relay I should look at, could the alternator be going out?

Update: I think its two issues.
Typical cluster issues on these earlier silverados.
For the ac I am getting 12V to blower resistor but not to the blower motor. New resistor same thing, new ac control module still no luck. It seems like im getting some power to some of the ac system.
It seems like im not getting power to the ac control module becasue the lights on it dont come on either. I hooked up a scanner and found it was throwing false codes that arent related to anything. Im thinking it could be a bad ECM now, any input would be great.

that was quick. Hang on to this mechanic. They're hard to find.
