Default Crew Cab Back Seat Rattle

I just picked up a 2009 Chev Crew Cab. When driving over a bump, it sounds like either the passenger side back door rattles or more likely the rear back seat on the passenger side is rattling. Anyoone else have this problem or know of a solution ?

Mine was doing the same thing, ended up being the rear seatbelts banging against the plastic by the door. I just buckled them up and it stopped my rattle.

It sounds like a heavier banging/rattle. I thought it might be the seat belt as well and tried the buckle idea - no luck, but thanks for the suggestion.

Its none of the above. Mine is doing the same thing. Its some little d shaped anchors behind your seat. to really fix the issue you need to insulate them so your back seat isnt rattling on the clips. duct tape or sliced rubber tube will do the trick. it does involve taking your seats out though.

Unhappy Rattle around center post on crew cab 2008 Silverado (45,000 miles)

I have tried everything mentioned and still have the rattle. Sounds like it is coming from lower part of center post area. Changed the rear seat clips as one was broken (was sure that would cure it -(NOT). BTW I glued them in place in case they break again they won't fall out of the bracket. I loosened the step rail, remover everything from under rear seat area. There is no movement on the rails of front passenger seat. Removed center post plastic cover and shimmed front and rear seat belt swivel brackets. Nothing loose under the truck. If anyone has solved the problem by some other method please let me know or I'm going to switch brands next purchase as rattles drive me crazy.
Thanks

The only way I have solved is by wrapping the little brackets with duct tape. The insulation provides just enough padding to stop the rattle. I think they have solved on 2015s

Are you referring to the brackets behind the rear seat toward the top of the seat? I pushed and pulled and tried to see if there was any movement on the back seat after replacing the plastic clips and could not get any movement but I will remove the seat and wrap the u shaped bracket if this is what worked for you.
Thanks so much for your help.
