Cruise control/Center mounted stop light not working.
Hello,
Just purchased an '07 Silverado and noticed the cruise control, CMSL did not work. Saw on here that replacing the brake light switch should cure it.
Replaced the switch with a NAPA one and the all of the brake lights and backup were on without the brake pedal being depressed, all of the time. Reinstalled the old switch and it went to what it was, brake/back up lights in the bed work, but not the CMSL, cruise, etc.
Any help is appreciated.
