Is there anything special i need to know before I tear the dash out of my truck and re-do it? I am wanting to pull it out, fiberglass it and then paint it sometime next month but I need to know if there is anything that is going to throw me off. I have worked in a junkyard and pulling out dashes is not that big of a deal I just would like to be prepared.

 

no, its just a dash, just remember older plastic is kinda brittle, i had a 79 and it cracked pretty easy

 

The dash in you truck is just a dash pad,the sun will make them brittle they are cheap check LMC get you a new one Steve
